Karl Rove says he believes the U.S. is going through “a populist moment”

In his keynote address at the Manning Networking Conference 2019, Karl Rove (author and former George W. Bush senior advisor and deputy chief of staff) speaks to the circumstances that have given rise to right-wing and left-wing populism in the U.S.

Afterwards, Rove sits with Preston Manning (former leader of the Reform Party, President & CEO, Manning Centre) for an armchair Q&A.
